As a Team Leader in Housekeeping, you will be responsible for the daily operations of housekeeping at your destination. You will actively participate in the operational work of cleaning cabins, service buildings, and common areas to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and comfort. At the same time, you will lead and support your team, distribute tasks, and ensure that routines and standards are followed.

You will work closely with your Destination Manager and be an important point of contact for communicating information to your team. Your role is central to creating an efficient and positive work environment where you collectively deliver top service to our guests.

As part of the team, you are also expected to support other areas as needed. We always help each other to create the best possible experience for both guests and colleagues.

We believe you have experience in housekeeping and possibly previous leadership experience. A background in hotels, camping, or similar is a plus, but we primarily value your ability to lead and inspire others.

To thrive in this role, you are meticulous, structured, and have an eye for detail. You are a solution-focused team player who motivates the team to perform at their best, even under high pressure. We appreciate if you have a sense of humor, prioritize the team's success over your own, and contribute to a great atmosphere in the workplace.

To communicate smoothly with both colleagues and guests, we prefer that you are fluent in Swedish and English.

Previous experience in leadership and housekeeping is advantageous but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are an engaged and confident leader who makes the team shine – just like our destination!

Conditions We are looking for a Team Leader in Housekeeping for the summer season. The role is a seasonal full-time position (40 hours/week) and includes working hours on evenings and weekends, in accordance with collective agreements. During the spring, we offer training that we hope you will participate in.
